Reading this reminder on S60 Web Browser Shortcut Keys from the thenokiablog.com I recalled that my N95 browser actually supports tabbed browsing but I never used it because of the difficulty in opening a new tab and the out of memory problem which makes the browser unusable even when using just 1 window .

Anyway, a new firmware is coming, so I thought that finally I should be able to use 2 tabs.
Because there is no easy way to open a new tab, I uploaded to my site a very light webpage that I use to open the second tab.

Update: Ok, I don’t know why you might want to do this unless you want to crash your S60 browser but since someone has requested more than one tab, here’s the page:

Open up to 5 Tabs

To open up to 5 tabs, click on Open Another Tab in every new page. Press 5 to switch/close open windows. Please note that you need a lot of memory to run simultaneously 5 windows!

You can save the page in your bookmarks (Save as bookmark) or save the page locally (from Tools->Save page).
Hopefully after the firmware upgrade there is going to be more wear and tear on the 5 button of my N95
